Woke up yesterday morning to a beautiful sight…SNOW covered ground and trees!  Hard to believe here on the coast of Oregon.  But hey, that is what makes us such a versatile place to come and visit!

If you are looking for relaxation at its best,  12 Acres is the place. The area is perfect for those who enjoy the wonders of the outdoors…golfing, hiking, fishing, kayaking, whale watching, cycling, beach combing, clamming, agate hunting, or just “sittin and thinkin”.

Come and visit “A little piece of paradise”

So, we are now into 2017!!  Yeah!!  We are having a busy and exciting start of the new year with guest and updating your beautiful rooms.  Since we are still in our winter rates, now is the time to come and enjoy the southern coast of Oregon.  And, by the way, we are offering a special through the month of March: Stay 2 nights and your 3rd night is FREE:)

Come and enjoy “A little piece of paradise”

Ok everyone.  For those of you who enjoy storm watching, the storms have arrived.  Debbie, Wayne and I drove down to Paradise Point during the storm this weekend and it was truly amazing!   Between the forceful sound of the wind through the trees and the crashing of the waves over the rocks and onto the beach, Mother Nature is showing us her strength and power!  Stunning.

And…for those of you who enjoy salmon fishing, that time is fast approaching.  If you need help with retrieving your vehicle after a day of fishing let us know and we can help with that, AND it’s included in your room rate (within a certain mile radius).  Call for details.

AND…you can do all this for less as our room rates have dropped for the winter.

Same beautiful rooms, outstanding hot breakfast, and 12 Acres of wooded bliss for less.

We look forward to having you as a guest here at 12 Acres Bed & Breakfast!!

Paradise Point

Paradise Point Beach is just a short walk down the driveway for whale watching or beach-combing. Bring your binoculars to look for birds that inhabit the woods, marsh and beach.

12 Acres

12 Acres Bed and Breakfast is located north of Port Orford, on the southern coast of Oregon. It is nestled between the wild Pacific Ocean to the west and the serenity of Garrison Lake to the east. Enjoy the tranquility of 12 acres of the natural wooded habitat and trails.
